At CARM Training we have assembled a wonderful team of very talented and capable people who have a great depth of knowledge and a very strong passion for delivering our specialised training services.
Finding them wasn't easy however, we made a conscious and important decision back in 1996 when the company first formed under the auspices of Passmore Duff Pty Ltd to be a boutique, specialised training company and to be the best in the business at what we do. This meant that we needed to find and acquire the best talent so we could continue to further develop and deliver our unique training experience.
A core quality that we searched for was that our people needed to have exceptional communication skills, supported by an empathic ability, not to mention the right degree of maturity and life skills. These qualities needed to be equally supported by exceptional training, facilitation and coaching skills. These are very important attributes given that our core business is: - “empowering people with persuasive communication skills to de-escalate aggressive behaviours and conflict in the workplace”.
Our people have a wonderful talent for delivering our unique difference to clients. As our clients will attest each person they encounter from CARM Training is a living example of what the "CARM Approach" has to offer.

Our training team is lead by the very capable and highly talented Peter Flannery. Business Development and Marketing is lead by the very helpful and knowledgeable Bernadine Euers and CARM Training is lead by our passionate, well qualified and experienced Managing Director Fraser Duff.
Our expert training team also includes Ian Donaldson and Michael Gale who bring a wealth of experience, qualifications and knowledge to up-skill and benefit your staff. Our training and administrative support team delight in knowing that what we deliver is both unmatched and inspiring to our clients.
